Everything the vehicle needs, under one roof

Structural, cosmetic, and administrative work handled in the same shop — so nothing gets lost between subcontractors.

Every collision repair starts with a full damage map — panel by panel, seam by seam. We document what is repairable and what must be replaced before a single tool touches the vehicle.

Panels are pulled, replaced, and refit against original mounting points so gaps and seams match the way the vehicle left the factory floor.

  • Full damage assessment and photo documentation
  • Panel repair, replacement, and refitting
  • Welded and bonded structural sectioning
  • Corrosion protection and seam sealing

Colour is read off the vehicle with a spectrophotometer, not a paint chip. The formula is mixed in-house and sprayed out on a test card before it reaches your panel.

Finishing happens in a sealed downdraft booth so airborne contamination never lands in the clear coat, then cures at a controlled temperature.

  • Spectrophotometer colour matching
  • Sealed downdraft spray booth
  • Blended adjacent panels for invisible transitions
  • Cut and polish to factory gloss level

A bent frame is not something you can see by eye. We mount the vehicle on a measuring bench and compare every control point against manufacturer data.

Corrections are pulled slowly and re-measured continuously until the chassis reads back inside factory tolerance across all axes.

  • Computerised laser measuring system
  • Manufacturer specification comparison
  • Multi-point hydraulic pulling
  • Before and after measurement records

Glass is a structural component on modern vehicles. A poorly bonded windshield compromises roof strength and airbag deployment, so urethane bead depth and cure time are not negotiable.

Trim, mouldings, and clips are replaced rather than reused wherever the original fastener has lost its grip.

  • Windshield and side glass replacement
  • Urethane bonding to manufacturer cure spec
  • Moulding, clip, and weatherstrip replacement
  • Leak and wind-noise verification

Where the paint surface is unbroken, the panel can be worked back from behind with rods and picks. No filler, no respray, no colour match to worry about.

PDR keeps the original factory finish intact, which protects both the corrosion warranty and the resale value of the vehicle.

  • Hail, door ding, and crease repair
  • No filler and no repainting
  • Original factory finish retained
  • Same-day turnaround on most panels

We work with every major insurer and deal with the adjuster directly, so you are not the one relaying measurements and supplement requests back and forth.

If the initial estimate misses damage found during teardown, we document it and submit the supplement ourselves.

  • Direct billing with all major insurers
  • Estimate preparation and submission
  • Supplement handling after teardown
  • Claim status updates throughout the repair
